End User License Agreement

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AceThinker software or online services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User") and AceThinker ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a multimedia software provider established in 2015.

Subject to the terms of this EULA, AceThinker grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

•Use our online tools and services for personal, non-commercial purposes

•Download and install AceThinker desktop software (where applicable) on devices you own or control

•Access features included in your purchased subscription plan (if applicable)

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit our Services.

You may NOT:

•Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our software or services

•Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software

•Use our services to download, distribute, or reproduce copyrighted content without authorization

•Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our services in bulk

•Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of our services

•Use our services for commercial redistribution without written permission from AceThinker

•Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

AceThinker and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including all software, content, graphics, interfaces, and trademarks.

Nothing in this EULA transfers any ownership rights to you. The "AceThinker" name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of AceThinker and may not be used without prior written consent.

Our tools are designed to help users access and download content for personal use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you download complies with applicable copyright laws and platform terms of service.

AceThinker does not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted video or audio content. We provide tools that access publicly available streams. Downloading copyrighted content without authorization may violate local laws and platform agreements.

For premium plans:

•Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase

•All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy

•We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

•Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

•Auto-renewal applies unless you cancel before the renewal date

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AceThinker does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACETHINKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under this EULA shall not exceed the amount you paid to AceThinker in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

AceThinker may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of this EULA.

Upon termination, all licenses granted herein will immediately cease, and you must stop using our Services. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 shall survive termination.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, unless prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. If changes are material, we will provide 30 days' notice.
